Garlic Yogurt Sauce

This garlic yogurt sauce is an easy way to add flavour to your meals. Try it as a dip for pita or souvlaki!
  • ⅔ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 large clove minced garlic*
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp low fat milk
  • Scant ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper or more to taste
  1. Combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, milk, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add more milk 1 tbsp at a time to thin if necessary.
*If your garlic clove is small, you may need to use 2. Add first one and taste, then add second if necessary.
